Handmade post cards

I recently had the pleasure of spending a couple of weeks with my dear mother who in addition to being a wonderful human being is also a talented quilter. We often tease her about her unending appetite for fabric stores and purchasing fabric. While I have always admired her finished products and own several of her creations, I have never helped her with any of her projects until this most recent visit. She had the fantastic idea of making quilted post cards for Zihuatanejo (Zihua). While I was at first skeptical, after seeing some cards that she had already made and was sold on the idea. So I spend several hours with her and other family members brainstorming ideas and creating these wonderful post cards. So below you will see the fruits of our labors in the form of these limited edition post cards of Zihua and are selling for 300 pesos each. There are only 31 in total with no plans to make more. Ironically shipping is not practical so for now we are only offering local pickup/delivery. I hope you enjoy looking at them and send me an email or message if you are interested in purchasing one.
